ANTHROPOMORPHIC PUPPY

It took me a while to understand what angle to adopt when selecting video content to go under this theme. I was looking for a common thread, but I ended up picking the videos before knowing why I did it based on the simple notion that in one way or another I enjoyed all of them. Simply put, most of the video content we become obsessed with isn’t really about pets at all, but rather about the people who surround them.

As the self-centred creatures humans tend to be, we can’t help but place our stories, emotions and aspirations onto these living toys who, quite frankly, don’t really have a clue about the intricate stories we develop around them and nor do they care much. This selection of videos ranges from the sexiness of Prrr Prrr to the eclectic cat craze of Midnight Juggernauts, from the awesomeness of the award winning guinea pig Golden Boy to the emotional and long winded monologues of Shit and Meet Lanie. Five short videos with the right amount of fun, sass and puppy love.
